Event Space needed: London & within M25!

Event Space needed:

I have had a request for prices for a cocktail party up to 150 standing (possible AV equip needed) no dates set yet.

In addition - we have another client who wishes to hire a room (room only basis) up to 600 hundred people 2-3 times a year for 4 days each and also smaller events up to 100 people 3 times a year using space for up to 12-15 days at a time. Ideally with a room deal for attendees and high ceilings.
